A Sweep Above The Rest, LLC. was founded in 1980. We are a locally owned and operated chimney sweeping company that values you and your family's safety above everything else. Our goal is to make your hearth and home safe and to help you understand how your heating system operates. A Sweep Above The Rest, LLC. is a member of the National Chimney Sweep Guild and is certified by the Chimney Safety Institute of America. We are fully insured for your protection.

We take safety seriously because we know that according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), an estimated 22,300 residential structure fires occurred in homes every year from 2012 to 2014 as a result of a Fireplace, Chimney, or Chimney Connector fire. Our goal is to make sure that your chimney system is safe.

The estimated chimney sweeping prices (below) reflect a normal scenario where we show up, sweep, and encounter no issues. If we find safety concerns, we are obligated and responsible to inform the homeowner. With the homeowner’s approval, we will fix additional issues but our rates will adjust accordingly. If a system has poor accessibility or requires an inordinate amount of time to properly clean, our rates will reflect the additional work.

The rates for chimney lining, cap installation, stove installation, chimney waterproofing, masonry repair, and other services are dependent on each situation.
